Emma is a leading solicitor in mental capacity law, specialising in Court of Protection health and welfare / property and financial affairs, and social care.
Emma started her career as a barrister in 2007 and worked for various government regulatory departments, cross-qualifying as a solicitor.
Emma was first ranked in Chambers and Partners in 2012 for her expertise and noted as a ‘star associate’ for Court of Protection UK-wide. She is also recognised as an Accredited Legal Representative (ALR) by the Law Society.

Rhiannon joined us in 2017. She specialises in Court of Protection, social care and housing law.
Before training as a solicitor, she worked for the Citizens Advice Bureau and is passionate about ensuring the most vulnerable in society can access high-quality legal advice and representation.
In 2016, she was Shortlisted in the Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year Awards (Newcomer category) and Highly Commended in the Junior Lawyer category at the Law Society’s Excellence Awards. Rhiannon is also recognised as an Accredited Legal Representative (ALR) by the Law Society.
